Today it rained most of the day and I was struggling with a headache.  I'm a walking barometer and when the pressure changes so does my head.  You can tell everyone in class is getting tired.  It's hard not having any down time to get away and regroup.  By the time we get done with training and back to the hotel it's time to eat, bathe kids, train dogs, and go to bed.
We went to the mall again today and practiced heeling, sitting, and downs.  Sno does well but Jeremy helped me correct Sno so she would focus on me more.  He asked what else I needed to work on and I told him the fun will start when we get home. We usually have 6-10 people in the home at any given time, 2 large dogs, 3 cats, and 2 birds!  Add Sno and life is going to be a little hectic for a while.
Henna has her surgery on August 6th.  Sno will be with Henna the whole time.  I hope she'll be some comfort for Henna.
We worked on distractions today.  Every time a ball comes out Sno wants to get it.  If you give her GOOD treats to work for she does well.  "Work for food" is truly her motto.  Jeremy answered a lot of questions that we had and helped us work through any situations that had come up.  Sno isn't staying on the bed with Henna at night.  I'm going to try putting her mat on the bed.  She may just be hot.
We did some seizure work.  Henna had a few seizures but Sno didn't alert.  She smelled Henna one time but nothing materialized from the alert.  Cloud alerted to my migraine by licking my ear nonstop.  She had done the same to Jeb, her boy, this morning.  He has migraines.  Amazing dogs...

Henna and Sno chillin on the couch.

Mindy, the Golden Doodle, wrapped up.  The groomer cut her hair too short and she gets cold.

Jeremy showing us how to teach Sno how to "check"(smell) for seizures when Henna is doing something.

Cloud's boy, Jeb, wasn't in training this morning so she chose Henna to snuggle with.  This is Sno's sister.

Mindy was afraid of an umbrella so Jeremy worked with her to help her work through her fear of it.  Distractions with a ball and slowly working Mindy closer to the umbrella and she was better.
