Day #2 of 4 Paws Training

Henna woke up throughout the night to ask about getting Snoball.  My phrase all night was, "Lie down Henna.  We'll see Sno tomorrow".           We had breakfast and Henna had a seizure while drinking her OJ.  It spilled on the table.  I had it cleaned up before her seizure was done and when she came out of her seizure and went to take a drink she was puzzled as to why she didn't have anymore OJ.  She asked if she could get some more and off she went.                         When we got to 4 Paws Sno had just had a bath and was outside drying off.  She had an upset stomach from all the training treats from yesterday and needed some Pepcid.  Henna was so happy to see her and I think Snoball recognized Henna.                                                                                   We worked on some seizure stuff today.  Henna acted like she was having a seizure and the goal was to get Sno to bark.  She did and it was a fun game for both she and Henna.  Again today, Sno licked Henna's mouth and ear, only for a short time, and just like yesterday.  Henna had a seizure 1 hour and 10 minutes later.  I hope this will become a regular happening!  Pray Sno alerts again tomorrow.                       We repeated basic commands and heeling.  Sno did well.  Henna was much more interactive and loving to Sno and we could see Sno gravitate to Henna more than yesterday.  Sno loved her new toys and tossed the one in the picture all around.  She is more active than her siblings.  She is food motivated.  Another Leo!!!                                             Snoball jumped straight in the car when we were leaving and "lapped" (put her head on her lap) Henna on the way back to the hotel.  We're ordering pizza and staying in for the night.  We worked on what we learned today and Sno wanted to test the boundaries.  She kept getting out of "place" and tried to wander around.  She is now on her mat sleeping.  I think she'll adjust well.
Time to get Henna ready for bed.  It makes for a long day sitting in class. Until tomorrow...         Sweet dreams.
